Reclaim Your Power
Lead from the Inside Out

I help people in recovery, young adults finding their footing, and professionals navigating big transitions – anyone stuck between who they were and who they’re becoming.

If you’re clear something needs to change but you’re not sure where to start, we work together to rebuild self-trust, quiet the chaos, and create next steps that actually feel like you.

I’m not your sponsor and I’m not your therapist. I’m a coach who helps you see your patterns, make honest choices, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

About Jordan Murphy

Jordan Murphy is a mindset coach, recovery mentor, and working actor with over two decades of experience in front of the camera and inside the coaching room. Drawing from his own journey through long-term sobriety, group facilitation in treatment centers, and personal development work with frameworks like Internal Family Systems and Landmark Worldwide, Jordan helps clients break through limiting beliefs, reconnect to their power, and create meaningful change from the inside out. My coaching is rooted in Connection, Growth, Freedom, Mindfulness, and Joy — the values that shaped my own recovery and guide every session I lead.

Video Consultation

My work is grounded in five core values — Connection, Growth, Freedom, Mindfulness, and Joy. These values shape how I listen, how I question, and how I support clients through change.

My Approach

Empathy

Empathy is the heartbeat of my approach. Whether you’re navigating recovery, rebuilding your confidence, or just feeling stuck, I meet you where you are—without judgment, without a script. Just honest support, human to human.

Personalization

There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to growth. Every session is shaped around you—your patterns, your goals, your pace. This isn’t about giving advice. It’s about helping you hear your own.

Compassionate Acountability

The combination of values and method is what makes this work feel real, human, and sustainable — not just a temporary boost, but real inner momentum.

I’ll always root for you—but I’ll also challenge you. Growth means facing hard truths sometimes, and I won’t sugarcoat that. But I’ll walk through it with you, with compassion and clarity, helping you stay aligned with the version of yourself you’re committed to becoming.

Ways I Can Support You

👉 “What We Can Work On Together”

Recovery Coaching

Whether you're early in sobriety or circling back after a relapse, our work together isn’t just about avoiding old patterns — it’s about creating new ones. I bring 11+ years of lived recovery experience, group facilitation, and mindset tools drawn from IFS, Landmark, and 12-step work. Coaching sessions are judgment-free, practical, and forward-facing. We'll identify what’s keeping you stuck and build the confidence and rhythm to move forward, one honest step at a time.

Launch Support for Young Adults

Feeling overwhelmed by early adulthood? Whether you're 18 or 28, I help clients gain clarity, confidence, and real-life skills. Together we build structure, strengthen self-trust, and move from stuck to steady.

Parenting in Recovery

Trying to raise kids while working on your own recovery is no joke. I work with parents navigating guilt, boundaries, and the pressure to “do it right.” We’ll untangle the expectations and help you parent with more presence, patience, and self-respect — even on the hard days.

Coaching for Artists & Performers

As a working actor with over 20 years in the industry — and a mindset coach with deep experience in recovery and personal development — I work with actors and creatives who want more consistency, clarity, and confidence in both their process and their lives. Whether you're auditioning, on set, or in-between, we focus on sustainable practices that align your mental game with your creative goals.
